The spacebar has on both ends a clip to hold the metal bracket, on the inside two round mountings(?) and the center part is the actual part we need to work on, which triggers the spacebar button on the inside of the keyboard. What you need to do is just taking a piece of rubber, a sharp knife or blade and your spacebar. After realizing, that it was not a software or hardware problem, in fact a small mistake in the production or design Well, after all my time waisted for trying to clean my keyboard and almost destroying that spacebar way too many times I might have found a solution, but definitely cannot guarantee if it works for everyone and long time.
Interestingly, after some timeconsuming research, i couldn‘t find a solution to my problem and was curious, if anyone atleast was able to get their spacebar working again. As for me, i recently got one and recognized a malfunction of my spacebar. I recommend you carefully review the WAI-ARIA Design pattern for whatever kind of widget you're building.It seems like a decent amount of people are struggling with their G213 Prodigy Keyboard.
